Built in Milton Keynes, trusted across the UK

Warner Knight Associates was founded in 2012 with a clear ambition: to be the recruitment partner that businesses actually look forward to working with.

In an industry that too often measures success by the number of CVs sent, we chose a different path. We stayed deliberately specialist, kept our team tight, and invested in genuinely understanding the markets we serve. More than a decade on, that approach still defines us.

Today we recruit across Sales and Healthcare as our core disciplines, with dedicated support in industrial, commercial and international hiring. From our base in Milton Keynes we work with employers and candidates throughout the UK — and, increasingly, beyond it.

We’re small enough that you’ll always speak to someone who knows your name and your brief, and experienced enough to deliver when it counts.
